Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor at INDUS.X.
The Video
Editor will handle end-to-end post-production, including assembling raw footage, trimming clips, organizing assets, and preparing sequences for final delivery. Daily tasks include editing video content for various formats, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and static graphics, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives. The role involves collaborating with creative leads and other team members to refine concepts, adjust cuts based on feedback, and meet deadlines across multiple projects.

Editor will also be responsible for maintaining organized project files, optimizing content for different platforms, and staying current with industry trends and editing techniques.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Video Production and Video Editing for digital and social media formats.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and visual engagement.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Candidates should possess strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work with brand guidelines.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, reliability in remote collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in video editing or post-production, and a portfolio/reel demonstrating past work, are highly beneficial.
