Company Description Northern United Football Club (NUFC) is a Delhi NCR-based club focused on developing the next generation of Indian footballers through a structured pathway from grassroots to senior football. Founded in 2022, NUFC has rapidly advanced through Delhi’s competitive structure, now competing in the Delhi Premier League. The club is an AIFF 2-Star Accredited Academy with over 500 young footballers across five centres, offering development opportunities for boys and girls.

NUFC emphasizes a player-first model that integrates professional coaching, technical and tactical training, physical conditioning, and competitive match exposure. Role Description The Venue Operations Intern – Arena 44 will support day-to-day operations at NUFC’s Arena 44 facility in Noida. This internship role is on-site and involves assisting with matchday and training session setup, coordinating equipment and venue readiness, and ensuring a safe and organized environment for players, staff, and visitors. The intern will help manage booking schedules, liaise with coaches and administrative staff, and support basic facility maintenance checks and reporting.





Additional tasks may include supporting small projects related to venue improvements, collecting operational data, and assisting with customer interactions for bookings and events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to monitor venue usage, assess operational efficiency, and support data-driven improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with coaches, staff, players, and visitors in a clear and qualified manner.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist with promoting venue bookings, handling inquiries, and supporting customer engagement at Arena 44.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to help oversee daily venue activities, ensure smooth scheduling, and maintain operational standards.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to support small operational projects, track tasks, and meet timelines for venue-related initiatives.
- Interest in sports or football operations and willingness to work on-site in Noida.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required by match and training schedules.
- Preferred: enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Sports Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
