Role Description The Sr. Manager / AGM – Medical Affairs (Medico Marketing) will lead medical affairs and medico-marketing activities, ensuring scientific accuracy and strategic alignment of brand communication. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves developing and reviewing medical content for promotional and educational materials, supporting product launches, and providing scientific guidance to marketing and sales teams.

The role includes planning and executing training programs for field teams, facilitating medical education initiatives, and engaging with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals. The incumbent will oversee compliance with relevant regulations, monitor service quality in medical communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive evidence-based promotional strategies.

Responsibilities also include team leadership, contributing to talent development,



and supporting strategic recruitment for medical and marketing functions as needed.

Qualifications

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in medical affairs, medico-marketing, or pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in specialty or branded products.
- Proven experience in developing medical content, managing scientific communication, and working with key opinion leaders.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to pharmaceutical promotion and medical information.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in analyzing clinical data, interpreting scientific literature, and using insights to support marketing strategies.
