Role Description The Telecaller at Vcan Kanpur will handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about the institute’s courses, entrance exam coaching, and admission processes. This full-time, on-site role in Kanpur involves engaging with prospective students and families, answering queries, sharing details about programs, and maintaining call records. The Telecaller will follow up on leads, support counseling staff by scheduling appointments,



and assist in basic data entry related to inquiries and admissions.

The role also includes coordinating with the administrative team, providing courteous and clear communication, and supporting promotional or outreach activities over the phone.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with a clear and polite telephone manner.
