Hiring: Tender Executive (GEM Portal & B2B Lead Generation)

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive / B2B Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Unifence Solution!

Note: This role does not involve direct government tender filing or heavy legal documentation. Your core focus will be tracking awarded tenders and generating quality B2B leads.

- Salary: ₹25,000 / month (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities

- Tender Tracking: Monitor the GEM Portal & e-procurement sites daily for active/awarded tenders in fencing, security grills, boundary walls, and metal fabrication.
- Winning Bidder Identification: Track tender evaluation results to identify winning (L1L_1L1​) contractors and vendors.
- Lead Generation & • Contact Extraction:

Extract contact details for key decision-makers (Purchase Managers, Project Heads,



Business Owners).
- Outreach & • Handover:

Initiate contact to assess material supply requirements and pass qualified leads to our Sales/BD team.
- Data Management: Maintain structured records in MS Excel / Google Sheets and share daily/weekly reports with senior management.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years using GEM Portal and tracking tenders/procurement.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
- Technical Skills: GEM Portal advanced search/filters, MS Excel, Google Sheets.
- Soft Skills: Research skills, clear communication, data extraction abilities.
- Location Preference: Candidates living in or near Rohini / North-West Delhi.
