Role Description The Technical Proposal Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This position is responsible for developing clear, accurate, and compelling technical proposals and responses to RFPs for industrial automation and robotics projects. Day-to-day activities include gathering technical inputs from engineering and sales teams, structuring proposal content, and translating complex technical solutions into customer-focused documentation.

The role involves creating and updating standard templates, ensuring compliance with client requirements,



and maintaining version control and content repositories.

The Technical Proposal

Writer will also support pre-sales activities by preparing presentations, capability statements, and other customer-facing materials, while coordinating closely with stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Writing and Proposal Writing to develop precise, customer-oriented documents.
- Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Proposal Management and RFP response handling to coordinate and deliver complete, compliant submissions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex information clearly.
- Experience in industrial automation, robotics, or engineering environments, with the ability to understand technical specifications and solutions.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, PDF editors) and robust attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technical proposal development.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, manage multiple proposals simultaneously, and meet strict submission timelines.
