Role Description :

Jergens India is looking for a motivated and technically strong Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

This is a full time, on-site role focused on technical sales, application support, and business development of industrial products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Promote and sell Workholding Solutions, Lifting Solutions, Specialty Fasteners, and Assembly Solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.




- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Generate new leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial products.
- Experience in tooling, workholding, and lifting solutions will be preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge and application understanding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
- Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business.
