The Pega Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple technology projects under a unified program to achieve strategic business goals. This role ensures successful project execution by coordinating between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients, while maintaining adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Robust experience in Pega BPM/CRM platform implementation.
- Experience managing large-scale Pega transformation projects.
- Good understanding of Pega PRPC, Case Management, Decisioning, and Integrations.
- Hands-on exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Expertise in project planning and tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Lead and manage large-scale projects consisting of multiple interrelated modules.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, resource plans, and budgets.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and issues.
- Define and track program KPIs, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder communication across business, IT, and client leadership teams.

Must Have skills ;
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and executive-level reporting. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage onshore-offshore delivery models
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (CLSA).
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom domains.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
