What you will do

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales advisors to hit monthly targets
- Run the daily sales floor, including morning huddles, lead follow-ups, and pipeline reviews
- Make sure every customer gets a warm, honest, and professional experience
- Train the team to know the JSW Motors range inside out, including the electric and hybrid story
- Track leads from first enquiry to delivery,

and make sure none slip through
- Work with finance and exchange partners to help customers close smoothly
- Report sales numbers and market feedback to the management team

What we are looking for

- 5 or more years in car sales, with at least 1 or 2 years leading a team
- A solid track record of hitting or beating sales targets
- Natural people skills, both with customers and your own team
- Comfort with digital tools, WhatsApp, and a CRM for tracking leads
- Local market knowledge of Kolkata and North Bengal is a big plus
- Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English
- A real interest in electric and hybrid cars and where the industry is heading
- Expected salary range: Rs. 30,000-50,000/ monthly
