Key Responsibilities

Independently manage end-to-end bi-weekly US payroll using ADP Workforce Now (mandatory).

Handle payroll reconciliations, off-cycle payments, retro pay, tax notices, adjustments, and year-end activities.

Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll, tax, and labour regulations.

Manage client communication with the VP of Operations, district managers, and store managers.

Oversee employee onboarding, Form I-9 verification, offboarding, final pay, and unemployment claims.

Administer employee advantages, including ACA, COBRA, ERISA compliance, enrolments,



and annual reporting.

Manage multi-location US sales tax calculations, filings, and remittances.

Develop SOPs, payroll calendars, and internal controls while guiding junior team members.
