Role Description This is a full time Teaching Staff role based in Varanasi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The role involves planning and delivering lessons that align with established educational objectives and sales and marketing content. Daily tasks include preparing teaching materials, conducting interactive classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback.

The Teaching

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain concepts clearly, engage learners, and collaborate with team members.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Education and Teaching to facilitate effective instruction and support diverse learning styles.
- Relevant skills such as classroom management, learner assessment, and mentoring are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred; teaching experience in sales, marketing, or business subjects is an advantage.
