As part of our expansion, MyT is hiring Academic Support Tutor Interns in Noida for its Global Education Programme (GEP), delivered in collaboration with education partners and schools.

About the Role

We are looking for academically inclined, enthusiastic, and responsible individuals to support STEM and Coding-based learning sessions at partner schools in Noida.

The role involves helping students understand relevant foundational concepts, strengthening their logical reasoning and analytical abilities, and supporting their overall learning experience.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy teaching, explaining concepts, and working with school students.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct offline academic support sessions at assigned partner schools in Noida.
- Help students understand foundational concepts related to STEM and Coding.
- Support the development of logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Explain relevant mathematical, scientific, and computational concepts through easy examples and guided exercises.
- Adapt explanations and teaching methods to suit different age groups and learning levels.




- Prepare lesson plans and supporting academic materials before scheduled sessions.
- Encourage student participation and maintain an engaging, disciplined classroom environment.
- Coordinate with the MyT team and school representatives as required.
- Maintain punctuality and professional conduct during school sessions.
- Follow MyT's academic guidelines and teaching standards.

Academic Background and Eligibility We welcome applications from students and individuals with an interest or academic background in STEM-related subjects.

Candidates with knowledge or exposure to the following areas will be preferred:

- Computer Science and Information Technology
- Mathematics and Applied Mathematics
- Physics and General Science
- Engineering and other technology-related disciplines
- Other relevant academic backgrounds demonstrating analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Students currently pursuing diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate studies are welcome to apply.

- Sound understanding of relevant academic concepts.

- Ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently.
- Strong spoken English and communication skills.
- Confidence in interacting with and engaging school students.

- Willingness to travel to assigned schools within Noida.

Prior teaching, tutoring, mentoring,



or classroom experience will be an added advantage. Candidates should demonstrate the subject knowledge and communication skills required to work confidently with school students.

Compensation and Benefits

- ₹250-300 per completed session, inclusive of travel expenses.
- Opportunity to earn up to ₹10,000 per month, depending on the number of sessions undertaken and assigned.

- Receive an internship/experience certificate upon successful completion.
- Letter of Recommendation (LOR) may be provided based on performance and successful completion.
