Role Overview

Support end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring for head office, retail stores and warehouses. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions across locations.
- Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Follow up with selected candidates for offer acceptance and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring MIS.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements.




- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and maintain candidate communication.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for recurring requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Valuable communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
- Good Excel and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work within timelines.
