Role Description The Supply Chain Intern will support end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure smooth movement of products from production to customers. This full-time, in office role in Chennai involves assisting with inventory tracking, updating stock records, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, and monitoring order status. The intern will help collect and analyze data on lead times, stock levels, and demand patterns to improve efficiency.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing basic reports, supporting operations management in the warehouse and production interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as procurement, merchandising,



and customer support to maintain timely deliveries and accurate inventory. The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic footwear environment, with exposure to both operational and analytical aspects of supply chain management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Operations Management to understand end-to-end workflows.
- Candidates should possess basic Inventory Management skills to assist with stock tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet tools; familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in footwear, fashion, or consumer goods and willingness to learn in a hands-on, on-site setting.
