Role Description The Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations on the shop floor or designated work area, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. This role includes planning and assigning work, monitoring performance, managing attendance, and coordinating with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues.

The Supervisor will track and report production data, support training of team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with management,



addressing concerns from team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise frontline staff and coordinate daily operations.
- Experience in production or operations within manufacturing, mining, or metals industries, with knowledge of shop-floor processes.
- Understanding of safety standards, quality control practices, and compliance requirements relevant to industrial environments.
- Ability to analyze production data, prepare basic reports, and use MS Office or similar tools for documentation and tracking.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide team members.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role in a plant or on-site industrial setting will be an advantage.
