We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our jewellery store. The ideal candidate should have experience in jewellery/retail operations, sales, customer handling, inventory management, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day store operations.
- Lead and supervise the store sales team.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle customers and ensure an excellent in-store experience.
- Manage jewellery/gemstone inventory, stock movement and reconciliation.
- Monitor billing, payments, cash handling and daily sales reports.
- Maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
- Handle customer concerns and support repeat business.




- Coordinate with the central team for stock and operational requirements.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of retail experience, preferably in a jewellery store/showroom.
- Strong experience in store operations, sales and customer handling.
- Knowledge of jewellery, gemstones and inventory management.
- Solid leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and POS/Billing systems.
- Experience in premium/luxury jewellery retail and handling high-value customers is preferred.
