About Studify Germany

Studify Germany is an education consultancy that helps Indian students build a clear, realistic path to study and work in Germany, covering Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, Studienkolleg, Ausbildung and the Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte). Our senior consultant is based in Germany, so our guidance comes from people who live the system, not just read about it.

We’re a small, focused team that values honest advice, transparent pricing and personal attention to every student. We’re now looking for a dedicated counsellor in India to be the first point of contact for students who are interested in Germany.

About the role

You will own the student journey from first enquiry to booked consultation. You will speak with interested students and parents every day, understand their profiles, answer their first questions with confidence, and book them into a Germany Admission Planning Session with our Germany-based senior consultant. You will also help keep our social media active, accurate and responsive.

No prior knowledge of the German education system is required. We will train you in a structured way.

Key responsibilities

Lead handling and student counselling

- Call, WhatsApp and email new leads from Instagram, Facebook, our website and referrals, ideally on the same day they come in
- Understand each student’s profile: education background, grades, budget, English and German skills, target intake and goals
- Qualify leads and identify the right pathway (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Ausbildung, Opportunity Card, etc.)
- Answer first-level questions about studying in Germany clearly and accurately
- Book qualified students into Germany Admission Planning Sessions using our shared calendar




- Send reminders and confirmations so students turn up prepared
- Follow up regularly with students who are undecided, without being pushy
- Keep the lead tracker (Excel / Google Sheets / CRM) up to date with every call, status and next step

Social media management

- Respond to Instagram and Facebook DMs and comments promptly and professionally
- Make sure WhatsApp auto-replies and DM keyword flows are working, and report anything that breaks
- Support content planning by sharing the questions and concerns students ask most often
- Coordinate with our marketing agency on posting schedules and help review posts for accuracy
- Occasionally create simple content (stories, reels, polls, testimonials) using Canva or similar tools

Coordination with the Germany team

- Join regular review meetings (weekly and as needed) with the Germany team over Google Meet / Zoom
- Share a weekly report: leads contacted, sessions booked, conversion rate, common objections
- Escalate complex or sensitive student cases to the senior consultant
- Suggest improvements to scripts, follow-up messages and processes based on what you hear from students

Training and learning

- Complete our onboarding programme on the German higher education system, covering universities, entry requirements, APS, uni-assist, intakes,



blocked accounts, visas, Ausbildung and the Opportunity Card
- Attend ongoing training sessions with the Germany team and stay updated on rule changes (for example, current admission tests and deadlines)
- Learn our tools, scripts and consultation process until you can handle any first conversation on your own

What we’re looking for

Must have

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, tele-sales, customer support or a similar student-facing role (strong freshers with excellent communication are welcome to apply)
- Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in Hindi
- Comfortable making 30–50 calls a day and following up consistently
- Organised and reliable with spreadsheets or a CRM
- Your own laptop, smartphone and stable internet connection, with a quiet place to take calls
- Available during working hours (Monday to Saturday, with some flexibility for evening calls when students are free)

Good to have

- Experience in study abroad / overseas education consulting
- Familiarity with Instagram, Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business and Canva

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
