Store Manager — UNTLD. (Untitled Clothing)

Location: Mumbai | Full-time, on-site

We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store. You’ll own daily operations, drive sales, manage the store team, and ensure every customer has a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve store sales targets through active selling, customer service, and team coaching.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising, product displays, and store cleanliness in line with brand standards.
- Oversee stock receiving, quality checks, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Manage billing, cash reconciliation, and daily opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
- Track sales, conversion,



average bill value, and units per bill; share daily performance reports.
- Coordinate with the head office on stock requirements, customer feedback, and store improvements.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion, with experience managing a team.
- Robust sales, communication, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable using POS systems and maintaining basic Excel reports.
- Organised, accountable, and attentive to detail.
- Available to work weekends and holidays as per the store roster.
