Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to develop and manage channel partner networks, generate qualified leads, coordinate site visits, and drive sales through strong broker relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain solid Channel Partner (CP) relationships.
- Activate recent brokers and expand the CP network.
- Generate leads and coordinate client site visits.
- Conduct CP meetings, project presentations, and broker activities.
- Achieve monthly site visit and sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and CRM updates.

Qualifications:

- 2–5 years of real estate sourcing experience preferred.
- Strong CP network in Pune and PCMC.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with strong market knowledge.
- Experience in commercial real estate will be an added advantage.
