Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and posting of content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement. Daily responsibilities include assisting in managing social media calendars, drafting and scheduling posts, monitoring channels for comments and messages, and helping analyze performance metrics. The intern will collaborate with marketing and design teams to align social content with ongoing campaigns and brand guidelines,



and may conduct basic research on trends, competitors, and audience behavior.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close coordination with the local team and participation in internal meetings and reviews.

Qualifications

- Social media platform familiarity and basic digital marketing knowledge, including social media promotions and understanding of SEO concepts.
- Content creation skills such as copywriting for posts, basic graphic or video editing, and an eye for engaging visual design.
- Analytical abilities to track and interpret engagement metrics, generate simple reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-based, on-site environment and follow brand guidelines.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in social media marketing is an advantage.
- Interest in technology and software products, with willingness to learn about custom software, mobile apps, and digital marketing services offered by the company.
