Job Opportunity: Work from Office

Location: Chhatrapati Square, Nagpur

Experience: 1-2 years (proven expertise in the field)

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month, based on knowledge, experience, and skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage content calendars for multiple brands and clients
- Handle day-to-day management of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Manage Google Business Profiles (GBM) for clients
- Handle community management for all clients: replies, comments, and DMs
- Develop creative content ideas for reels, posts, carousels, and stories
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts that fit each brand's voice
- Coordinate with the design, video, and shoot teams to deliver content on time




- Schedule and publish posts with consistent quality
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh
- Track performance and prepare reports with insights and improvements
- Support brand growth through strategy, collaborations, and campaigns

What We're Looking For

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of content creation, trends, and platform algorithms
- Positive command of caption writing and communication
- Knowledge of basic video editing and photo editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
- A portfolio of past work is a big plus
