The team has successfully designed and executed more than 50 projects ranging from 1,000 to 8,000 sq ft, demonstrating strong expertise in creating distinct, statement-making spaces.

Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns across platforms to strengthen Visionary Loop’s brand presence and generate qualified leads. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, coordinating with the design team to create visually compelling posts, writing copy, scheduling content, and optimizing performance through data-driven insights.

The manager will monitor engagement, respond to audience interactions, manage collaborations, and track key metrics to refine strategy.



The role also involves aligning social media activities with broader digital marketing initiatives and supporting promotional campaigns for recent projects and services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across relevant platforms.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Content Strategy skills to craft clear messaging, engaging narratives, and cohesive campaign plans.
- Candidates should possess solid Digital Marketing skills to integrate social media efforts with broader online campaigns, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should have experience with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Meta Ads), basic analytics tools, and scheduling tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity, visual awareness, and an interest in interior design, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
- Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines on-site in Gurugram.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
