Social Media Manager ( Lead Generator )

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
- Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Develop content ideas, captions, hashtags, reels, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and photographers.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Manage comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, and leads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Improve brand visibility and generate business enquiries.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Content planning, copywriting, and storytelling.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.




- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Strong communication, creativity, and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Preference for architecture, interior design, real estate, or creative agencies.
- Experience managing business accounts and marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of paid promotions and lead generation is an advantage.
