We’re not looking for someone to just “post content.”

We’re looking for someone who can take an idea, write it, shoot it, cut it, publish it, and come back with numbers that tell us what to do next.

You’ll run content across two brands:

? Sakshi Studios: the creator and entertainment side, built around actor and creator Sakshi Agarwal (~2M on Instagram)

? OkuuFit: our fitness and nutrition brand

What you’ll own

Content strategy: monthly and quarterly plans for each platform, tied to clear growth and business goals

Scriptwriting: hooks that land in the first 3 seconds, Reels and Shorts scripts, long-form YouTube outlines, and brand storytelling

Creative production: shoot planning, shot lists, on-set direction, and working with editors to deliver a clear brief

End-to-end execution: from idea to upload, including captions, thumbnails, SEO, scheduling and publishing

Performance management: tracking reach, retention, watch time, saves, shares, follower growth and conversions, and turning the data into decisions

Experimentation: testing formats, hooks and posting patterns, and dropping what doesn’t work quickly

You’re a fit if you





Have [3+] years managing social media for a creator, celebrity or D2C brand

Can show us content you scripted or produced, along with its numbers

Understand Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn algorithms as they work today

Can read an analytics dashboard and tell us why a post performed the way it did

Write sharp, original copy and don’t recycle captions

Can manage timelines, shoots, editors and approvals without being chased

Bonus: experience in fitness, food or nutrition content, and Tamil/Hindi language skills
