Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in New Delhi.

The Social Media

Manager will oversee daily social media activities, including planning, creating, and scheduling content across platforms. They will devise and execute content strategies, monitor engagement metrics, and optimize performance using social media marketing techniques.



Building strong communication with the online community and ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Robust Communication skills for managing online interactions
- Experience in Content Strategy and Writing
- Ability to analyze metrics and enhance social media performance
- Creativity and awareness of industry trends
- Knowledge of social media platforms and tools
- Familiarity with digital entrepreneurship or business development is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
