Role Description The Social Media Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing social media content across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

The Social Media

Coordinator will manage daily posting schedules, monitor comments and messages,



and collaborate with design and marketing teams to align content with campaigns and overall branding. The role includes tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and suggesting improvements based on data insights and industry trends. The coordinator will also support broader digital marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and a positive online presence.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Social Media Content Creation and Writing to develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned posts.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and optimize reach.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact professionally with online communities.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and basic analytics tools.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage multiple channels, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and an understanding of visual content best practices.
- Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role is preferred; experience in technology or software services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
