Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SMT Printer role based in Noida. The SMT Printer will be responsible for operating and monitoring SMT printing machines, setting up stencils and programs, and ensuring accurate solder paste application on PCBs. Daily activities include inspecting printed boards, performing basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting print quality issues, and coordinating with the production and quality teams to meet output and quality targets.

The role also involves following safety procedures, maintaining clean work areas,



and documenting production data and any issues for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills related to Printer Support and Printing, including machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Print Production and Bindery, with experience in handling production workflows, finishing processes, and quality checks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inkjet and related printing technologies, with an understanding of different printing methods and materials.
- Experience in SMT/PCB manufacturing or electronic assembly environments is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and willingness to work in a shift-based production environment.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in electronics, manufacturing, or a related field is beneficial.
