Role Description The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily construction and project activities. This position involves supervising site operations, coordinating with civil engineers and contractors, and ensuring work is executed according to structural designs and quality standards.

The Site

Engineer will monitor progress, perform inspections, maintain documentation, and support adherence to safety and compliance requirements. The role also requires regular communication with project managers, clients,



and other stakeholders to report status, address issues, and keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and experience working alongside Civil Engineers.
- Hands-on experience in on-site project supervision and coordination at construction or service locations.
- Skills in quality control, including monitoring workmanship, materials, and compliance with standards.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices, relevant codes, and basic project management principles.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency with common engineering and office software tools; prior experience in the consumer services or construction sector is an advantage.
