Role Description The Shift Incharge is responsible for supervising daily operations on the shop floor during assigned shifts in this full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves planning and allocating work, monitoring production activities, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

The Shift

Incharge coordinates with team members and other departments to resolve issues, maintain workflow, and meet production targets. Daily responsibilities include tracking shift performance, maintaining documentation, conducting briefings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.



The role also requires managing resources, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing guidance and support to the shift team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong team supervision and shift management skills, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
