Role Description The Sisense Senior Developer is a full time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Sisense-based analytics solutions, including data models, dashboards, and advanced plugins tailored to client needs.

The Senior

Developer will work closely with business stakeholders and BI consultants to translate requirements into scalable, high-performance Sisense implementations, ensuring data integrity, usability, and adoption. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining ETL processes,



configuring Sisense environments, integrating APIs and custom scripts, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. The role also involves mentoring junior developers, contributing to in-house product innovation, and staying current with Sisense and BI best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong experience with Sisense development, including data modeling, dashboard creation, widget customization, and Sisense plugin development.
- Solid background in BI and data engineering, using SQL, data warehousing concepts, ETL tools, and performance optimization for large datasets.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting relevant to Sisense (e.g., JavaScript, Python, REST APIs) and integrating external data sources and services.
- Applied experience in analytics solution design, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into actionable, user-friendly BI deliverables.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven analytics, natural-language insights, or embedding analytics into applications is highly beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Prior experience in sectors such as Retail, Renewable Energy, Healthcare, or E-commerce is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
