Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day project execution at client sites in Ahmedabad, ensuring that electrical and civil works are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, civil engineers, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors; supervising site activities; monitoring timelines; and maintaining accurate project documentation and reports. The role involves conducting on-site inspections,



implementing quality control measures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and resolving technical or operational issues that arise during construction and installation.

The Site

Engineer will also participate in client meetings, provide progress updates, and support handover and commissioning activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Candidates should be comfortable working on site and managing field activities, including site supervision and coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid communication skills for effective interaction with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should have experience in quality control, ensuring adherence to standards, safety practices, and project specifications.
- Candidates should have knowledge of structural engineering principles and be able to collaborate with civil engineers on project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in EPC, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under time constraints.
- Proficiency in basic project management tools and MS Office.
