Job SummaryLaser Technologies Limited is looking for skilled and technically qualified Service Engineers to manage the installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial laser machines. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission and maintain laser cutting, welding and marking machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and CNC-related issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer locations.
- Provide technical support and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Conduct machine inspections, servicing and performance checks.
- Train customers and machine operators on basic machine operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for effective issue resolution.
- Maintain service reports and technical documentation.
- Supervise the safe loading and unloading of machines at company premises and customer sites.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and customer teams to ensure effective transportation planning.
- Ensure the proper use of material-handling equipment such as cranes,



forklifts and lifting straps for secure machine movement and to prevent damage.
- Inspect machine conditions before and after transportation and report any damage identified during unloading.
- Provide prompt and effective technical support for machine operations through remote assistance (phone and email) as well as on-site customer visits.

- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in industrial machinery servicing.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, PLC, CNC systems and automation.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.

- Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience in laser machinery installation and commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with industrial machine handling, loading, unloading and transportation safety procedures.
