Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and technically skilled Service Technicians to join our Service & After-Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of electric vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and a passion for the EV industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of electric vehicles.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues.

Repair or replace defective components such as batteries, motors, controllers, chargers, and wiring harnesses.

Conduct vehicle testing after repairs to ensure proper functionality and safety.





Handle customer complaints and provide technical solutions in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and maintenance reports.

Assist customers with basic operational guidance and vehicle maintenance tips.

Coordinate with the spare parts and technical support teams for timely issue resolution.

Attend field service calls and breakdown support activities when required.

Follow company SOPs and safety standards during all service operations.

Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of tools and equipment.

Eligibility Criteria

ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics, or a related field.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, vehicle servicing, and troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel for field service assignments.

Valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of electric vehicle systems and components.

Understanding of battery technology and charging systems.

Familiarity with service tools and diagnostic equipment.

Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

Ability to prepare service reports and documentation.
