Role Description The Senior Vice President role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karnataka, India. The person in this role will oversee multiple business functions, set strategic priorities, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading senior leaders and cross-functional teams, reviewing performance metrics, guiding business development initiatives, and optimizing operational processes.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in stakeholder management and relationship-building, including experience working with clients, partners, and cross-functional internal teams.

- Background in operations, finance, business development, or related domains, with familiarity in process improvement and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Karnataka, India, and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
