Role Description The Senior Software Tester role at PInterview is a full-time remote position responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the platform’s features and services. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing detailed test cases, performing functional, regression, and usability testing, and validating new enhancements before release.

Tester will analyze requirements, identify defects, document issues clearly, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and resolve problems.



The role also involves contributing to test strategies, improving QA processes, supporting release planning, and providing insights to enhance overall user experience and platform stability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Software Testing and Quality Assurance skills, with experience in end-to-end testing of web-based platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Test Execution and Test Cases skills, including designing, maintaining, and executing manual and automated test suites.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, diagnose defects, assess risk, and suggest effective solutions.
- Experience with test management tools, bug tracking systems, and basic automation frameworks is highly beneficial.
- Working knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead testing role for SaaS or online learning platforms is an advantage.
