Role Overview:-

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager – Solar EPC / Business Development to drive direct solar EPC project sales, acquire recent clients, and expand business across commercial, industrial, institutional, rooftop, and ground-mounted solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Drive direct Solar EPC project sales, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships across B2B and C&I; segments.
- Manage techno-commercial proposals, pricing, negotiations, and EPC contract closures.
- Coordinate with engineering and project execution teams to ensure technical and commercial feasibility.
- Achieve sales targets, grow the project order book, and manage key accounts.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and solar industry developments.
- Lead the sales team, manage the sales pipeline, and report performance to management.

Candidate Requirements:-

- Experience: 8–10 years in direct Solar EPC project sales (mandatory).
- Project Experience: Hands-on experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory); MBA in Marketing / Business Administration preferred.
- Strong techno-commercial knowledge, negotiation skills, business development capabilities, and experience in closing high-value EPC projects.
- Proven ability to manage B2B/C&I; clients, achieve sales targets, and lead a sales team.
