Job DescriptionPyramids Properties is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations across our real estate projects in South Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects.
- Drive sales activities, client conversions and site visits.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Coordinate with the closing, pre-sales and marketing teams.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipelines and daily MIS reports.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Ensure achievement of project-wise sales targets.

Requirements




- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience working with a real estate developer firm or mandate firm preferred.
- Proven experience in team handling and sales management.
- Strong knowledge of property sales, client handling and deal closures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented with a robust track record of achieving sales goals.
- Candidates with experience in Pune's real estate market will be preferred.
