Job Summary

Drive the sales of used car loans by sourcing business through field networks, used car dealerships, brokers, and direct customer references.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Sourcing: Visit local used car dealers, brokers, and DSAs daily to generate loan leads.
- Customer Interaction: Pitch loan schemes, explain interest rates, and evaluate customer requirements.
- Documentation: Collect customer KYC, income proofs, and vehicle registration documents for loan file logging.
- Disbursement Coordination: Liaise with the internal credit and operations teams to ensure quick loan approval and payout.
- Target Delivery: Achieve monthly assigned targets for loan log-ins and net disbursement volumes.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in field sales (experience in auto loans or NBFCs is a plus).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, local market knowledge, and a target-driven mindset.
