We are looking for a highly experienced, dedicated, and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in Non-IT Recruitment Only.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple Non-IT profiles, with a proven track record of successful hiring and strong career stability.

? Key Responsibilities✅ End-to-end recruitment exclusively for Non-IT positions

✅ Hiring for Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Accounts, Administration, Customer Support, Operations and other Non-IT roles

✅ Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals and professional networks

✅ Resume screening, telephonic interviews and candidate shortlisting

✅ Interview scheduling, coordination and follow-ups

✅ Salary negotiation, offer management and joining coordination

✅ Building and maintaining a strong candidate database

✅ Managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously

✅ Achieving recruitment targets within defined timelines

✅ Maintaining daily recruitment reports and hiring trackers





? Preferred Candidate Profile✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment

✔ Proven expertise in hiring across diverse Non-IT profiles

✔ Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment requirements

✔ Target-oriented with strong candidate follow-up skills

✔ Career stability is highly preferred — at least 3–4 years with one previous organization

✔ Candidates with frequent job changes may not be preferred

✔ Immediate or early joiners will receive priority
