Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Certification in Primavera P6/MS Project will be preferred

Experience

- Senior Engineer: 6-9 Years
- Experience in Precast Manufacturing Plant/Factory is mandatory.

Job Purpose To prepare, monitor, and control production planning activities within the precast factory, ensuring timely manufacturing, resource optimization, dispatch coordination, and achievement of project delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed production schedules for precast elements based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Reinforcement, Quality, Maintenance,



Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth workflow execution.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and track actual progress against plans.
- Develop and update production tracking reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Prepare look-ahead plans and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Monitor mold utilization, casting schedules, and production cycle times.
- Coordinate with project planning teams to align factory production with site erection schedules.
- Analyze productivity and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Track raw material availability and coordinate with procurement/stores for uninterrupted production.
- Prepare resource planning including manpower, machinery, molds, and equipment utilization.
- Generate reports using Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
- Participate in review meetings and present production status and recovery plans.
