Role Description: The Senior Engineer will oversee on-site construction activities of PROJECT- YOUNG INDIA INTEGRATED RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL COMPLEX infrastructure project in Adilabad, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.

>This full-time role involves coordinating with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and consultants to plan daily work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines and budgets.

>The Senior Engineer should plan and schedule the day to day execution as per the planned timeline target & review drawings and technical documents,



provide guidance on structural and civil engineering aspects, and resolve technical issues that arise during execution.

Responsibilities include implement & supervising man power site inspections, maintaining accurate project documentation, supporting compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement in construction methods and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong civil and structural engineering skills, including experience with building and infrastructure projects

- Candidates should possess project planning and management skills, such as scheduling, resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk mitigation for complex construction projects.

- Candidates should possess technical documentation and coordination skills, including drawing review, report preparation, and effective collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors

- Candidates should possess communication and leadership skills, including the ability to lead site teams, mentor junior engineers, and maintain clear, qualified communication with stakeholders.

- Significant experience in building or infrastructure projects, preferably in healthcare, educational, or institutional construction, and familiarity with local statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in engineering and construction tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, project scheduling tools) and a strong focus on safety
