We are looking for an ambitious, result-oriented Senior Business Development Associate (Senior BDA) with strong experience in the education and publication industry to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with schools, educational institutions and other potential clients.
- Promote and sell educational products, academic publications, books, STEM, Robotics, AI and digital learning solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, directors, administrators and decision-makers.
- Conduct school visits, product presentations and business meetings.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects and convert them into business closures.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.




- Explore recent markets and expand the company's presence across assigned territories.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Prior experience in the Publication Industry / Educational Book Sales is mandatory.
- Experience working with schools, publishers or educational institutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for school visits and client meetings.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
