Senior Architect / Interior Designer – U.S. Commercial Interiors

Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 5 years in Commercial Interiors)

Project Focus: U.S. Commercial Interior Projects

Working Hours: U.S. Shift

About the RoleTelge Projects Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Interior Designer to support U.S.-based commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in architectural and interior design documentation, space planning, Revit, construction documentation, and knowledge of U.S. codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and coordinate architectural and interior design drawings.
- Develop space plans, layouts, and construction documentation.
- Create and manage project models using Revit.
- Review drawings and coordinate markups using Bluebeam Revu.
- Ensure drawing accuracy and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
- Apply U.S. building codes and commercial interior standards.




- Deliver projects within timelines and quality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 10+ years of overall experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial interior projects.
- Experience working on U.S.-based projects.
- Robust knowledge of Revit and Bluebeam Revu.
- Expertise in space planning and construction documentation.
- Understanding of U.S. building codes and BOMA standards.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
