Job Title: SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with at least 3 years of experience to implement, configure, and optimize SAP TM solutions. The candidate will translate business requirements into functional specifications, determine data requirements, and deliver best-in-class transportation planning and execution solutions within an S/4HANA workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Design &
- Configuration: Customise and implement SAP TM modules, optimizing transportation planning, freight order management, and carrier selection.
- Functional &
- Data Requirements: Translate process documentation into clear data requirements and author high-quality functional specifications.
- Cross-Module Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze complex processes, and integrate TM with other S/4HANA functional areas (OTC, P2P, R2R, Manufacturing).
- System Support &
- Operations:



Deliver end-to-end support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and continuous process improvements.
- Enablement &
- Training: Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and technical knowledge transfer across project teams.

- SAP TM Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP TM implementation, configuration, and support.
- S/4HANA Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of S/4HANA data objects within TM and exposure to adjacent functional areas (OTC, P2P, R2R, Manufacturing).
- Technical Integration: Proven ability to integrate SAP TM with core SAP ERP/S/4HANA modules and third-party systems.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and mapping.
- Certifications: SAP TM certification is highly preferred.
