Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Trader role based in Nagpur.

The Sales

Trader will execute equity and derivatives trades on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and accurate order placement across trading platforms. The role involves monitoring markets, interpreting research and data, and providing clients with actionable insights aligned with their investment objectives and risk profiles. Daily responsibilities include managing client interactions, resolving trade-related queries,



supporting account opening and onboarding, and maintaining high service standards.

The Sales

Trader will collaborate with relationship managers, research teams, and operations to drive trading volumes, support revenue growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong client relations and customer contact skills to build trust, understand investment needs, and offer appropriate trading solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid trading knowledge and experience, including order execution, market instruments, and trading platforms.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret market data, research reports, and risk-return profiles for informed trade recommendations.
- Candidates should possess cooperation and teamwork abilities to work effectively with relationship managers, research, operations, and compliance teams.
- Relevant experience in equity and derivatives trading, brokerage, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset are essential.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, economics, business, or a related discipline is beneficial; professional certifications in markets or securities (e.g., NISM/SEBI-related certifications) are an advantage.
- Comfort with trading and CRM technology platforms and willingness to keep up with market and regulatory developments.
