Job Summary

We are looking for skilled ServiceMax Developers with hands-on experience in Salesforce ServiceMax development, configuration, and implementation. Candidates should have strong expertise in ServiceMax modules, Salesforce customization, Apex development, LWC, and integrations.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, analyze existing architecture, recommend technical improvements, and contribute to end-to-end ServiceMax implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, roadmap, and pain points.
- Understand existing system architecture and recommend technical improvements.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce ServiceMax.
- Build and maintain complex Salesforce object models, relationships, workflows, and security configurations.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous Apex, validation rules, and Lightning Web Components.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Design and develop integrations using REST APIs and Salesforce Platform Events.
- Guide team members and distribute technical development tasks as required.
- Support deployment activities using Git, CI/CD tools, and Copado.

- Full-cycle ServiceMax implementation experience.

- Dispatch Console and Service Board.

- ServiceMax Translations configuration.
- Go Mobile App configuration.

Salesforce Development:

- Apex and Asynchronous Apex.
- Apex Triggers and Classes.
- SOQL and SOSL.
- Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Salesforce Flow.
- Salesforce Security and Sharing.

Integration & Deployment:

- Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
- REST API integrations and Platform Events.
- Git, CI/CD, and Copado.

Preferred Skills Experience with ServiceMax modules such as:

- Work Order Management.
- Installed Product Management.
- Parts Order Management.
- Location Management.
- Scheduling and Optimization.
- Warranty and Entitlement Management.

Certifications – Valuable to Have

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator / App Builder.
- ServiceMax Administrator 101.
- ServiceMax Advanced Administrator 201.

Candidate Requirements

- 4–8 years of relevant development experience.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce ServiceMax.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad or Bangalore office (WFO).
