Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales team member will engage with prospective learners and their families, explain academy programs and offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include managing incoming inquiries, conducting follow-up calls and meetings, maintaining accurate records in the CRM or tracking systems, and meeting or exceeding enrollment and revenue targets.

The role involves collaborating with training and operations teams to align sales efforts with program schedules and learner needs, providing high-quality customer service, and representing the academy professionally in all interactions. The individual will also participate in promotional activities, information sessions, and campus-based events to increase awareness and drive admissions.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to explain programs and benefits effectively.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive experience for prospective and current learners.
- Candidates should possess core Sales skills, such as prospecting, lead nurturing, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on ethical and consultative selling.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to understand offered programs and accurately convey course content, outcomes, and career pathways.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management-related skills, including pipeline tracking, reporting, and supporting team-based achievement of enrollment targets.
- Relevant experience in education, training, or service-based sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and meet performance goals.
- Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM or database tools, and professional email and phone communication.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; equivalent practical experience in sales or customer-facing roles will also be considered.
