We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing operations, drive business growth, acquire new clients, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new domestic and international clients.
- Generate business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and negotiate deals.

Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and other lead generation channels.




- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.

Team Management

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
- Set individual and team targets and monitor performance.
- Build effective sales processes and reporting systems.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.

Requirements

- 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing Management.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or technology companies.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work with sales targets and business growth objectives.
