Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term relationships with industrial and commercial clients. Daily activities include conducting client meetings, understanding customer requirements, preparing and delivering product presentations and quotations, and following up to close sales. The role also involves coordinating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, maintaining accurate sales records and reports,



and contributing market feedback to support product and pricing strategies.

The Sales

Executive is expected to meet or exceed sales targets while representing Wellcraft in a professional, customer-focused manner.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Ability to understand industrial storage and material handling solutions, with aptitude for product demonstration and solution-based selling.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
- Competence in basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools for managing pipelines and reporting.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets in an on-site environment.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products, warehousing, furniture, or material handling solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and market development activities.
