Simira Healthcare Private Limited is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing healthcare team and expand our pathology business across Navi Mumbai.

Position Details

- Position: Sales Executive – Pathology Lab
- Location: Navi Mumbai
- Experience: 2–8 Years
- Salary: ₹3.6–4.8 LPA (depending on experience).
- Gender: Male & Female candidates preferred
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
- Vehicle: Own Bike with a valid driving licence is compulsory

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Promote pathology laboratory services and diagnostic packages.
- Conduct regular client visits and generate recent business leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; BBA / B.Com preferred.
- 2–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in pathology, diagnostics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with a willingness to travel for client visits.
- Own Bike with a valid driving licence (mandatory).
